We believe that homemade food is the best! Thus, our team started Bake Leader - an online marketplace that connects home-based bakers to buyers and provides delivery when orders are placed with us. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for junior and mid-level developers, with the following attributes and qualifications: Attributes -Write “clean”, well designed code -Produce detailed specifications -Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle -Follow industry best practices -Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards -Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning and optimisation -Work with product and experience teams to define, develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools Qualifications & Experience -Minimum diploma in Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology, Information Systems or related studies -Experienced with PHP -Understand RESTful API practices and server communication using AJAX/JSON and JavaScript/jQuery. -Experience with Git. -Experience building and modifying WordPress plugins. -Experienced with WordPress (custom theme, shortcode, function, ACF, etc). -Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery). -Some experience with cross-browser, platform, and device manual/automation testing. -Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
