The Booster Team is combining innovative ideas and technology with heart, to help anyone fundraise for a cause, passion or project. Tens of thousands of passionate individuals, grassroots organizers, small businesses, cause marketers, charities and entrepreneurs are all using our platform to raise funds and awareness for their needs, pet projects and crowdfunding ideas.
Booster is the fundraising arm of Customink, a leading online provider of custom apparel and accessories for groups and occasions. With over 1,300 team members or âInkersâ in 6 locations, CustomInk is passionate about the success and well-being of the team and have earned frequent recognition as a top workplace from institutions such as Fortune Magazine.
MISSION
Booster is design-driven. Every Booster starts with the custom design that our organizers create for their tshirt campaigns. We are passionate about our craft. Currently, our design team is a tight knit group that is growing rapidly. Weâre highly creative and very flexible with how we work. We do everything from drawing rough sketches on glass walls to animating prototypes in Keynote -- use any tools you like to get the idea across.
At Booster, we pride being able to work directly and closely with the product and growth teams, influencing and developing new designs, collaterals and features. In return, the value in work that the design team does is highly recognized.
