OVERVIEW

Carfix.sg is a subsidiary of Carfix.my and Carfix.ph that was founded in early 2015. CarFix now operates in 25 cities in the ASEAN region. By end of 2016, it is expected to operate in 61 cities around the region.

Break downs are inevitable most of the time. We have a 24/7 operating call centre catering to your distress call at any hour of the day. With CarFix as its new addition, our usability is enhanced, making it more advance and user friendly.

CarFix took approximately six months to complete. In such a short period of time, our in-house developers created the webpage from scratch. With an application for both Apple and Android users, break downs will be less nerve-wrecking for all users.

Benefits of using CarFix:

Adding to the list of services, these features are provided to the consumers for free. Easy to use steps will enable the distress to seek assistance in a breeze. The feature will help us to detect the exact location of the breakdown hence saving a great deal of hassle.

The system will locate the whereabouts the moment one access the app or website. The need to key in too many information is not necessary. Besides the location of the breakdown, CarFix can also show the call agents on the whereabouts of the nearest tow truck and workshop. This saves time and cost as the agents will not have to contact all the nearby workshops blindly to arrange services. Besides being convenient for all, it benefits those who are not familiar on the street. The distress does not have to waste time explaining their whereabouts and providing the address. All the hassle and inconvenience of getting the wrong address or tow trucks losing their way will be prevented.

Workshops are required to update their rider’s information onto their profile. We will then inform the distress about the rider we are sending alongside the picture. This measure taken is to ensure your safety, avoiding unnecessary predicament. CarFix can also be programmed to do a tie-in with respected call centres of Insurance companies.
