The RACE, a.k.a. "Route to Actualising Career Excellence" Program is a 3-mth Leadership and People Management Diploma with structured career coaching and townhall learning.

Under the skillful guidance of a dedicated Career Strategist, learners take incremental steps towards a clear career mission while connecting with industry leaders and CEOs.

Singaporeans are eligible for WTS subsidy and would be able to utilise their SkillsFuture Credit for the RACE Program.
