CFB Bots is a boutique firm specializing in the emerging field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artifical Intelligence (AI). We believe in leveraging the power of RPA technology to help organizations streamline processes and empower their employees to pursue more meaningful work. ​ CFB Bots is conceptualized after we observed a market gap. More specifically, we realized that most technology vendors and service providers are focusing exclusively on the large enterprises segment of the market, such as banking and insurance. Very little to no attention has been paid to the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) market segment. That doesn't feel right to us - SMEs should not be excluded from reaping the benefits of RPA. After all, in many countries, SMEs are a key driver of innovation, productivity and growth. The success of the SMEs segment will reinforce the virtuous cycle of inclusive economic growth and societal progress. ​ And hence, here at CFB Bots, we have a very simple mandate - "Automation for All". We are probably the only service provider in the world that focuses exclusively on providing RPA solutions and services to the SMEs. By doing so, we hope to level the playing field and enable our SMEs to leverage on RPA for their own digital transformation. In so doing, we hope to spawn a new generation of SMEs fit for our new digital economy.
