OVERVIEW
After successfully launching a B2B pastry production kitchen in Jakarta, Indonesia two years ago, we are looking to start up another kitchen in Singapore. Chloute Baking Studio Pte Ltd focuses on artisan pastries and cakes for B2B and retail. We are looking for dedicated talent who can work efficiently and manage production at our baking studio located in East Coast Road. 1. Baker Assistant Responsibilities: - Assist in production of viennoiserie pastries, cookies, and cakes - Ensure consistency in product’s standard - Ensure safety and sanitation standards in production areas - Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients Job Requirements: - Background in baking & pastry - Must have knowledge and hands-on experience in pastry kitchen - Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate preferred - Team player, creative, positive attitude, efficient, and independent - Willing to work night shift or weekend (if applicable) - Able to start work in May 2017 3. Bakery Admin Responsibilities: - Customer service for walk in or online customer orders - Maintain an orderly work system - Create Purchasing Orders, Invoices, and other paper work - Assist in stock counting Job Description: - Must be a people person, good with numbers, detail oriented - Positive attitude, creative, team player, efficient worker - Create content for social media - Have basic book keeping knowledge and experience - Familiar with MYOB software is a plus - Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene certificate preferred - Able to start work in May 2017
