Founded in 2015, We are looking for a passionated Tech Co-Founder/ CTO, to bring an exciting vision to past. Making beautiful memories shouldn't cause you a bomb. The vision of Clicksy is to bridge a gap in owning expensive photo/video equipment. We want to achieve that by developing a web/app marketplace that allows owners to share their equipment with renters. An ideal CTO would be someone passionate about life and always curious, looking to self improve. We believe in working hard and playing hard. Responsibilities Write clean, maintainable and efficient code Design robust, scalable and secure features Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards) Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design Leading the on-going design and evolution of the application, managing the scaling of infrastructure for high growth Requirements BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Proven working experience in developing applications with Ruby on Rails Minimum 4 (ideally 5+) years experience in application design and development with infrastructure management experience, specifically : a) building and maintaining a multi-tenanted, micro service based architecture b) SDK and API design and maintenance DevOps in an agile environment, AWS and Docker Proven working experience in software development Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS & jQuery Experience developing highly interactive applications A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code Good knowledge of relational databases Working knowledge of MySQL databases Salary Equity
