Requirements : • Male/Female, age maximum 26 years old • Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate of Bachelor Degree (S1) • Majoring in Sales, Marketing or Advertising • PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills and Self-confidence • Attention to detail and able to do multi-tasking • Outgoing, responsible, motivated, highly organized and autonomous • Fluent in English both oral and written • Comfortable with Web and social media is a plus • Own a motorbike is preferred • Can work as a team Scope of Work: Business Development • Meeting preparation with Clients & Prospects o Presentation (powerpoint) o Quotations o Advertising Contract Booking preparation • Potential Clients Network Development • Meeting preparation with Partners • Potential partners research Marketing • Assist with the preparation, print production and delivery of marketing materials • Provide support to social media/web content optimization – e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn • Market research Administrative Tasks • Inbound phone calls management and follow up • Create and update databases • Visit of our Media spots, collect usage data, monitor usage • Mailings, and other tasks as needed The intern will assist the Director on other ad hoc requests. The scope of work is indicative and might be adopted depending on the person’s capability. • Starting : ASAP • Location : based in Jakarta Selatan with regular assignments in Jabodetabek area. • Duration : minimum of 3 months, but 6 months or more preferred. • Remuneration : includes fair base remuneration and bonuses on performance. • This internship can potentially lead to permanent position.
