Egulen Systems was founded by Kaizen Mongolia in 2015. We currently have customers in Mongolia & Singapore. Also we've opened a branch in Malaysia (Egulen Systems Sdn Bhd) in May of 2018. Currently we're acquiring users in Malaysia and are planning to enter other countries of Southeast Asia. The opportunities are present and our product is ready to use and it has been proven that it is fully-functional & a great product. Here is the general overview of our products. A restaurant POS system cannot be an all-size fits all. Specific types of establishments need specific functions that fit their operation, nothing more nothing less. At Egulen POS we understand that, so we have three different types of POS system that you can choose from: myRestaurant, myCafe and myKiosk. Each of them has the same food & beverage concept but has different functions according to different operations. For example the myRestaurant is most suitable for full-service restaurants with seating arrangements and myKiosk is most suitable for ice cream parlors that does not have seating arrangements. Our system is cloud based so it can be accessed from anywhere at any given time. The system is easy-to-use and we have support team working 24/7 to help with anything. The difference between us and our competitor is that: we offer our product in a full package rather than selling the product by module, we support multi outlet, self-order function, loyalty system (point collecting system) and all the functions that are needed for a smooth & efficient restaurant operation. With our system the restaurant owners can improve productivity, cut cost, have full control of the restaurant's operation, know their KPI on a real time basis, implement marketing strategies using our CRM function, manage & control inventory with our Stock management function, track order and manage the overall restaurant hall with Table Management.
