Robotics Engineer (Mechanical): What you will learn • Experience working in a start-up and pick up entrepreneurial skills. • Learn about the operations of a start-up company. • Understand and experience the way to validate a product. • Gain experience in creating a commercialized product. • Gain knowledge on industry standards to commercialize a product. • Be exposed to various industrial grade components. • Have the opportunity to work with hospitals and logistics companies for product implementation and client meetings. Role Description - Design & Fabrication of a working mechanical design of the proposed concept. - Work closely with Software & Electronics team for system integration. - Responsible for 3D CAD of overall system from concept through manufacturing process. - Liaise with suppliers & manufacturers to ensure optimised product development cycles. - Active & Hands-on role to ensure all engineering problems are resolved in time. - Work closely with customers & colleagues to understand their requirements and constraints. - Plan and execute the entire assembly process of the product. - Prepare Technical/Training manual for the product. - Identify and engage suppliers for components. Requirements - Proficiency in Solidworks. - Experience in producing at least 2-3 high-quality prototypes. - Experience in Electronic Prototyping and Programming (C++ / Python) is preferred - Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and fabrication techniques. - Familiarity with DFM (Design or Manufacturing) is preferred. Robotics Engineer (Electrical/Software): What you will learn - Experience working in a start-up, and pick up entrepreneurial skills. - Learn about the operations of a start-up company. - Understand and experience the ways to validate a product. - Gain experience in creating a commercialized product. - Gain knowledge on industry standards to commercialize a product. - Be exposed to various industrial grade components. - Have the opportunity to work with hospitals and logistics companies for product implementation and client meetings. Role Description - Design and Fabrication of a working electrical design of the proposed concept. - Integration of sensors in the prototype. - Work closely with Mechanical team for system integration. - Design and test customized micro-controller PCBs. - Plan and execute the entire assembly process of the product. - Prepare Technical/Training manual for the product. - Identify and engage suppliers for components. Requirements - Proficient in Electronic Prototyping and Programming (C++ / Python) - Experience in producing at least 2-3 high-quality prototypes. - Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping and fabrication techniques. - PCB designing and fabrication (preferably Eagle). - Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) is preferred. - Ability to understand circuit schematics. Software Engineer: What you will learn - Experience working in a start-up, and pick up entrepreneurial skills. - Learn about the operations of a start-up company. - Understand and experience the ways to validate a product. - Consolidate your knowledge in app development. - Improve your skills by independently creating new features, a new design, and developing an app. Role Description - Design and develop software/app solutions based on user requirements. - Utilize computer languages such as Java and C++, to construct working software products, run performance tests and find ways to eliminate bugs in the programs. - Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. - Plan and execute the entire assembly process of the product. - Prepare Technical/Training manual for the product. - Identify and engage suppliers for components. Requirements - Proficiency in C++ or Python. - Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) is preferred. - Experience designing interactive applications. - Proficiency in software engineering tools.
