OVERVIEW

Due to rapid growth, we seek to strengthen our team with an ambitious junior team member. During your internship you will work with our team on all aspects of corporate venturing transactions.

Your tasks will include among others: • Company-specific and market research • Screening and identification of investment opportunities • Due diligence and in-depth analysis of investment opportunities • Preparation of financial analysis and valuations • Support financial modelling and valuation analysis

Your profile: • Previous work experience in investment banking, strategy consulting is a plus • Outstanding academic credentials • Strong technical skills in financial statement analysis and valuation, modeling • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint • Fluency in English is mandatory; Further languages (Chinese) are a plus, but not required • Great analytical skills and willingness to work hard
