Freshcart Grocer is a Malaysian eCommerce startup, with a passion to bring quality and healthy goods to doorsteps of offices and homes across KL and Selangor. We are expanding and on the lookout for a potential family member to join us in making a difference in Malaysiaâs food scene.
MISSION
One question we get very often is "What makes you different from the other grocers?" We ensure you get the best from the freshest fruits to freshly baked pastries. For that, every morning, we head to importers and market places, ready to snag the freshest hauls we can find. This also ensures the fruits are picked at their freshest and not left rolling around some dank corner for too long.
Besides fruits, we also offer artisan goods from local food makers which includes organic produce, roasted nuts, homemade jams, and more surprises !
Our Promise
Quality tops the list. All of our produce are individually screened for optimal quality and freshness before being carted to your doorstep. Rest assured that you will not have to worry about finding the perfect pick â we will do it for you. With this in mind, our range of produce alternates on a weekly basis, as batches that are deemed substandard will not be made available in our store until better ones roll by.
Freshness Assured. We take pride in ensuring you always get the freshest produce with every order. If you are dissatisfied with the freshness of your item(s), write to us a valid complaint with pictures and details within 24 hours and we will do our best to make things right. Yes, itâs that simple.
