After decades of development, artificial intelligence and machine learning have finally accelerated in recent years. Automation has started taking over jobs around the world, across all industries.
There will be more and more technology refugees, in the millions in coming decade. However, at the same time, there will be millions of software development and engineering jobs opening, not limited to high tech industry but across all sectors.
Foreseeing the imminent shift of jobs market demand, a group of MIT alumni , affliates and industry veterans decided to take this matter into hands, to fill the gap of industry demand, and to uphold and improve gender diversity and inclusiveness in software engineering workforce.
