Getex Malaysia is a young and exciting tech startup focussing on an online shopping platform that helps you get the best deals and discounts, plus CASHBACK from our affiliates i.e. Zalora, Lazada, AirAsiaGo, Groupon and more. Our main goal is to empower consumer. With that mission in mind, we are revolutionising how people make their decision when it comes to shopping smartly and aiming to continue the trend in 2016. We are currently looking for ROCKSTAR INTERNS: Copy Cruncher (Content Writer) Develops concepts and ideas for advertising and marketing materials, as well as campaigns. Writes a wide variety of communications for our online platform i.e. website, blog and social media. Generates ideas with other members of the creative team. Design Instigator (Graphic Designer) Creates layouts and designs of logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, website and other published materials in print and online. Selects and arranges photos, type, illustrations, and colour. Collaborates with Getex clan on concepts. Marketing Technologist (Digital/ Social Medial Marketing) Develops and maintains a comprehensive digital/social media strategy that defines how digital/social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic. Creates content for and interacting with our community on social media. Growth Hacker (Business Development) Develop new business, through actively identifying prospective businesses and understanding their business model to fit ours. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation with the assistance of your Jedi. Actively and successfully managing the sales process: from lead generation to signing agreements, negotiations and closing deals. Requirements: - Positive attitude with a sense of humour - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia - Able to work on your own initiative - Good digital knowledge and understanding of various digital platforms - Have a problem-solving mentality - Passionate about start-ups Desirable skills: - Photo editing skills, including experience in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator - Basic understanding of Website Management and HTML (Design Instigator) - Basic understanding of Google Analytics The Perks: - Yes, you will be paid monthly - Become one of the early contributors to the fast-growing exciting startup - Be part of a friendly, diverse and relaxed team, - Free coffee from the office pantry Length: 3 months or more – it’s up to you.
