As a Ginja team member you will be instrumental in strategic technical decisions as we scale both our product and development systems. We practice agile processes and encourage a strong culture of creative participation and mentorship throughout the company. The team loves code and are big believers in regular unit testing and code reviews.
Ginjaâs technology stack consists of Laravel in the backend and frontends based on Ionic on mobile and Angular on web. While expertise in specific technologies is important, we place more emphasis on recruiting team members with a balanced understanding of the development process and a hunger to learn and hone their skills.
