Grounded (www.grounded.work) is a blockchain consulting firm established in Singapore in 2017. Since our founding, Grounded has been working for the little guys - the 99%, the start-ups with a dream to change the world and contribute to the greater good of society. We provide strategic guidance in business development, go-to-market strategies, investor relations, and brand positioning, helping firms find their funds and their footing across various geographies and industries. Singapore-born, globally-bred, we have offices in New York, Geneva, Shanghai, South Korea, and the Philippines. Grounded is a hive - we work hard, but together. Every individual contributes his or her diverse strengths and talents to the collective wisdom of our colony. Each day is a hands-on foray into uncharted territory, and the only way forward is tenacity in the face of adversity, and a promise that if we grow, we grow together. We don’t care if your papers aren’t shiny and bright - we value hard work, determination, ownership, and a knack for thinking out-of-the-box. Don’t have 100 internships and 9000 years of experience? Don’t worry - the only prerequisites are a willing and open mind and the drive to try and try again (start-up life, amirite?)
