HRM Labs designs and customises Human Resource Management Systems for specific industries (i.e. security, cleaning, f&b and etc). Unlike generic HRMS that is not suitable for the use of most SMEs, HRM Labs surveys and gather requirements and then proceed to customize software solution that truly works.We are also developing an innovative technology to assist in Employee Progression Planning that enables SMEs to stay competitive by giving the company managers a framework towards assured staff progression and retention. We have since received down payments from five local SMEs from the Security and Cleaning industry. They are also verbal confirmations from three other SMEs.

In a short span of 3 months HRMLabs has growth exponentially in terms of revenue and traction with more than 4000 users and we are expanding swiftly into new verticals and markets.
