Since inception in 2007, iDeals has expanded globally with servers and production centers located in Istanbul, New York, Dallas, Boston, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Moscow, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. Job Description iDeals is seeking to hire an Intern to help with technical support and the marketing of the existing products. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to learn a product in a growing and exciting technological field, and potentially grow with the company. Internship will be from August to December 2015. Qualifications • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin → A MUST • Charismatic presence on the phone or in person • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) • Basic grasp of investment concepts • Drive for results that reflect an ownership mentality • Highest standards of integrity and mutual consideration • Bachelor’s degree • Additional language is a plus Job Exposure • Consult existing and new users • Coordinate meetings for senior personnel • Assist in creating direct marketing campaigns • Resolve IT/technical issue in accordance with company standards and procedures • Institutional & Retail client relationship building • Pre-sales, post-sales follow-up, CRM and total customer satisfaction • Open to travel to Mainland China and other APAC countries • Basic knowledge of modern IT infrastructure is a plus
