OVERVIEW

As airbnb hosts, we were constantly troubled by the inconvenience of key exchanges and high utility bills. We brought the initial idea of integrated smart locks and sensing technology to a hackathon in Singapore, which subsequently led us to the DreamIt Philadelphia accelerator program where we expanded the idea into our smart home solution. We raised USD$1 million in seed funding led by Wavemaker Partners with participation from Singtel Innov8, and DreamIt Ventures. Shortly after, we rolled out our smart access solution to happy short-term rental owners in the USA, Australia and Thailand to help them with key exchanges. We soon realised that home owners were facing similar access management issues, and so we made the igloohome smart lock suitable for them, so that they too can benefit from the convenience and security of smart living. We then launched in Singapore. We are constantly innovating ways to make homes smarter and make lives better. Join us in our exciting endeavours!
