Jonathan's have been operating for 4 years and has established itself as Singapore's first 100% gluten-free bakery that provides an online delivery service and also other businesses. It is named after Jonathan Lew, who has Down's Syndrome and grew up on a gluten and dairy free diet; His sister (Agnetta Lew) and brother-in-law (Gabriel Lee) founded Jonathan's in 2013 with a dream of providing bread, cakes and pastries that are not only decadent, but safe for people with allergies and dietary restrictions.
