Well Established F&B cafe looking for admin & accounts assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Enter the invoices into accounting system
- Assist with daily book keeping and filing of documents
- Liaise with suppliers
- Review all invoices and for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prepare label card / display card
- Handling phone calls
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirement:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive working attitude
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with business associates)
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
