We are one of the most productive, fastest growing and youngest group in Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Bhd. Our Group's philosophy (attached) dictates a two-way obligation between the manager and the associate. We are not only in creating a "successful environment" but 'also in ensuring that everyone has been offered ample opportunity to succeed in this business. For a new associate, the Group as a whole will endeavour to intensify our efforts at support and encouragement over them for a period of ninety days. It is to our benefit that no one is ever denied the resources whatsoever available to succeed. The former includes product knowledge and sales process skills whereas the latter involves the, assignment of a trainer.
