OVERVIEW
Merit-Exchange has been built on the premise of enhancing Singaporeâs belief in the system of meritocracy. It seeks to reward individuals for their effort in self-improvement.
Merit-Exchange also serves to inculcate the value of meritocracy from a young age, providing students with a concrete example of tangible rewards for working hard and preparing them to become competent working citizens in the future.
In the bigger picture, we hope to minimize the social gaps (social class, income) in the society by creating a fair system in which everyone will be rewarded equally based on our proprietary Merit Points System.
