Monk.AI is a (Human+Artificial Intelligence) platform for businesses. The NLP technologies of today arenât close to being perfect and the last thing an angry customer want is a bot not able to understand what he/she wants to say. Bots are very far away from matching the intelligence of humans. A more practical approach is to have a human in the loop. In Monk.AI, bots and humans co-exist and the bots either auto-answer if they are very confident or suggest answers to the human if they are not very confident. The human remains in control and the bots keep learning from the humans and becoming better and better. Monk.ai supports a large number of Asian languages. It has the concept of mini workflows - where the bots execute various workflows once the human has identified the intent of the customer. The interface of Monk Bot platform is very much human and collaboration focussed instead of being bot-focussed like other platforms.
