Founded in 2014, MTalent is a boutique talent management agency managing the careers of local and international talents in the music and entertainment industry. Currently expanding to a regional market, it is in the midst of building a tech platform that connects talents with industry peers, players and opportunities. Interns works directly with the director, individual talents and tech team in carrying out various business development projects. The variation of projects provides a dynamic and engaging experience for students looking for exposure and experience in a real startup environment. During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: Responsibilities: - Talent & Project Management: Work in teams to plan new projects and campaigns as well as manage ongoing projects to ensure they meet set targets. Modify relevant tasks to increase measurable effectiveness. - Planning, Execution and Reporting: Execute campaigns according to plan, prepare weekly and monthly reports and tweak approach when necessary to achieve the best result. - Administration & Operations Management: Understand operation processes and contribute ideas to optimize the process. Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, by performing variety of clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures. Highlights: - Attend variety of tech, fashion, art, music and entertainment events with high networking opportunities (optional) - Work with celebrities, personalities and experienced individuals from entertainment, tech and business backgrounds - Work within a multicultural, diverse, young and energetic team - Gain experience in a startup environment - More business and personal development opportunities await Requirements: - Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent. - Required skill(s): MS Office. Willing to learn and use new softwares - Applicants must be willing to work in a bungalow office at Seputeh - 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s) or more.
