OVERVIEW
@NewBaseAsia is seeking an extraordinary and ambitious sales professional, responsible for driving sales across digital and traditional media in Malaysia. This position is responsible for identifying client business challenges, collaborate and use a consultative selling approach to exceed client expectations. Develop sales strategies to achieve short and long term sales revenue objectives.
· Conduct market research to identify new potential prospects on a regular basis.
· Prepare comprehensive reports about top prospects, including marketing activities, channels, potential spend, decision-makers, and their contact details
· Develop, plan and execute a sales strategy to expand customer base and achieve targets.
· Initiate and develop relationships with key Government sectors, Brands and Media agencies to grow revenue.
· Understand client requirements, brief internal teams, prepare pitch proposals.
· Develop a sales strategy by using information from existing campaigns to recommend clients that we will help them achieve their objectives.
· Strategize and own your market territory while exceeding monthly & annual targets
· Be the go-to person for the client. Coordinate with internal teams and lead all deliverables to the client and overachieve the desired results every time.
