CULTURE

Makan Mondays

• Everybody eats lunch together
• No work should be discussed during this lunch

Talkback Tuesdays

• This is the day of feedback
• Freedom of speech is practiced here
• The team sits and reviews the past week and previews the upcoming week
• It will be facilitated by a moderator

Wreck-It Wednesdays

• The most productive day of the week
• No meetings should be held today, unless absolutely necessary
• Company sports held after 5pm

Teaching Thursdays

• Short classes to be held for employee training (at least an hour)
• Classes by professionals may be held in the future (classes on anything and everything)
• Team building games may be held too if there are no classes for the week
• Everyone is encouraged to come up with an interesting lesson for the rest of the team

FUNDAYS

• Depending on workload, Friday is FUNDAY.
• Pop a chill pill and have a slice of Take-5 Pie
• Feel free to game, watch a movie, start a jamming session after 5pm
• If you are stressing out on a Friday, you are doing it wrong!
