We are uncommon! Obviously, like every startup, we are having an active daily look at the cash balance but, "Culture" has always been and still is today an intense topic in our growing team.

OhMyGeorge is a distributed team of passionate and crazy people located in different cities, New York, Paris, Prague and Bangkok. What is printed in our core DNA? We as a team, strive to be as productive remotely, as when are physically altogether. How? Because we maintain daily and efficient 30-min max stand-up Skype video calls, and this, wherever we are.

Growing fast implies finding the next right person that fits in our family, we then give the same priority and the same time to our talks on OMG company culture than our discussion on corporate strategy during our stand-up calls. It is because we know that "cultural tone" is set by the first team members that we put high importance on making sure this cultural tone is and will be passed on and shared by new joiners.
