Do you have the ability to lead a team and be in charge of entire development process? Ohmyhome is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is ready and enthusiastic to be an important part of a real estate mobile app startup that is experiencing exponential growth. You will be in a position of important decision making and coordinating communications between the company and the vendors to ensure that objectives and expectations are met. We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and responsible with strong technical knowledge and management experience in organising and communicating information effectively internally and to external parties. Past experiences in app-based business are crucial, programming skills are preferred. Job Description - Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development. - Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production, and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission and values. - Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation. - Create a systematic to-do list of deliverables and ensure timely delivery and update to management - Organize information to efficiently track progress of the app and extract information - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business processes and organizational planning - Manage and increase the effectiveness of coordination between support and business functions - Management of budget with CEO and Executive Director - Supervise and coach team members on app usage and functionalities - Ensure that Accounting Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties - Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans Requirements & Skills - Minimum of 3 years experiences in development - Have built at least one native mobile app and at least cordova mobile app. - Willingness to be in charge of entire development process - UX/UI design through deployment - Strong experience in HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS3 - Strong in PHP and database design (MySQL / MongoDB) skills - Experience in architecting an API - Strong understanding in object oriented programming and TDD - Skills - Leadership - Problem Solving - Programming - User Experience
