PayrollHero is a ridiculously client focused startup crafting a time, attendance, scheduling, HRIS, business intelligence and payroll platform for emerging markets.

We got our start in the Philippines, recently launched Singapore and are expanding throughout ASEAN.

Our team is very international with offices in Whistler/Vancouver Canada, Manila Philippines and we also code from Raffles Place in Singapore.

Travel and adventure are in our DNA. Getting ridiculous is a core value. We get Ridiculously Client Focussed by working beside our clients two months a year; Fall and Spring - the entire company travels to one of our markets to live, imagine and create ridiculous success for our clients.

CULTURE

We use the acronym REAL-K to represent our Core Values. We take our core values very seriously - every quarter everyone completes a REAL-K 360 on everyone else. We use these results for coaching plans as well as compensation calibration.
