OVERVIEW
Project We Forgot (PWF) is a community network platform to inform, empower and support young caregivers (age 39 and below) to persons with dementia. It provides a space of identification for young caregivers by offering a mix of curated content, support tools, workshops and training programmes and offline activities.
Bringing global solutions to local communities, it aims to make help and support accessible by working with partners around the world to maximise on current services to accelerate knowledge transfer.
