Insan Medika is a healthcare service platform for the Indonesian market that provides live-in nursing home care for medical and non-medical patient. This year, the self-funded startup launched a location-based app which allows users to book home care visit nearest to them in Jakarta. For the recruitment of nurses, Insan Medika currently works with over 100 Health Vocational High Schools and other Nursing Colleges. Hired over 1,200 caregivers and nurses since 2013. The startup has won a number of local awards and was also named "The Most Outstanding Home Health Service in the World in 2016" from the 2016 Global Over 50s Housing/Healthcare Awards in London, UK.
