We help retailers consistently deliver great experiences in every store, every day.

We do this by installing our tablets in their retail stores. Our devices give them real-time customer feedback and key customer experience metrics like NPS (Net Promoter Score). Our clever analytics and algorithms then sends them the key insights they need to increase their customer experience.

We already have several world class customers such as Bose, Pandora, Calvin Klein, CottonOn, Samsung as well as Hospitals and Hotels using RateIt.

This is a very unique opportunity to be our very first full-time Operations lead in Singapore!

You will be reporting to the Singapore country Manager, who together with the CEO in Australia will invest in ensuring you are not only super successful in this role, but to give you all the learnings, exposure, and experience to achieve your full potential and career goals.
