Roomz.asia is a Malaysian startup that focuses on easy room rental system both for tenants and landlords. Simplicity is the key to our model which is why we are in the process of developing an e-contracting, easy payment, virtual view of the rooms and no deposit scheme to make lives much easier and faster for anybody who wants to rent the room. We simply aim at digitalizing the room rental system and becoming a new 'Uber' for a real estate market. We aim at the low to middle-income target groups which also include students, young families and expats. We plan to come to the point where tenant and landowner will not have to meet at all in order to make an agreement and move in instantly, which is also the main diferentiation point from our competition.

At the moment we have a developed platform with over 20,000 listings. We are soon going to activate an e-tenancy agreement option and we are eventually planing to develop a Roomz.asia mobile app.
