Our smartphone apps use wearables, sensors and advanced context awareness algorithms to detect behavior patterns of users, and coaches users to improve those patterns. All aimed at supporting people with the tools to get the best out of life!
We believe in putting people in charge of their own health by providing them insight in and actionable advice on their behaviour. By giving people the tools to manage their own health, the focus can shift from curing to prevention of illnesses like burnout, depression and coronary heart disease.
