Skyve Wine Bistro introduces a revamped menu showcasing modern bistro fare by newly appointed Executive Chef, Jachin Tan. Chef Jachin sources for local and regional ingredients, and incorporates them into dishes that emulate his fondest memories of food.
Skyve Wine Bistro first opened its doors in April 2011. The venue was founded by Celine Tan, whose passion for wine is reflected in the venueâs extensive and affordably-priced collection.
