OVERVIEW

Smart Life JV is a joint venture company between ADEN Holding, Hong Kong Limited., a company incorporated in Hong Kong and Nano Global Corporation, a Delaware corporation with a location at 1300 Guadalupe St., Suite 201, Austin TX 78701 USA and its Affiliates, including but not necessarily limited to PSG Health Technologies HK, Limited. The objevtive of the Joint Venture (“JV”) is to design, develop, market and commercialize a technology platform for managed services to sense, monitor, measure, detect, manage, and report on the delivery of managed services supporting facilities of all kinds in all geographies and proactively monitor the total environment within the facilities themselves and the surrounding environment. The JV Company shall be based in Singapore, under the entity name Smart Life Holdings PTE, which can be renamed at any time in the future.
