OVERVIEW

SmartUp is an innovative mobile micro-learning platform that is transforming how organizations learn. With beautiful UI/UX, large corporates are finding their employees rely on SmartUp before meetings to learn 'just-enough' and as pre-learning for official trainings and large events. Strategic Comms, micro-learning, knowledge sharing, sales force effectiveness, digital mindset, mission, vision, values and Purpose, every large-scale initiative cascade; each and every client is using SmartUp in multiple fascinating ways.

This Engagement Manager will manage our partnership with The Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF). The IBF has recently selected SmartUp as the platform for their Future Enabled Skills initiative to re-skill the entire financial services industry nationwide.

In addition, you will work with various clients from different sectors on various workforce re-skilling, future skills and digital mindset initiatives.

Led by a very seasoned management team, with a strong local network, your role, based in Singapore, would be to help drive expansion across Asia.

As an Engagement Manager, you will: • Look after important existing client relationships and be the point person helping them maximize value from the learning, knowledge & communications platform. • Be working collaboratively to conceptualize and design innovative and exciting new solutions and uses of the platform to solve client problems, and then driving the campaigns to success.

• Be helping them design and execute campaigns to drive employee activation and engagement and maximize the impact of the solution through marketing campaigns, challenges, and gamification. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries.

Requirements Ideally, you will: • Have 4 - 6 years work experience, primarily in Management Consulting. • Be both very structured to follow up on action items and get things done, as well as forward thinking and pro-active to work on new challenges and solutions with clients. • Have very strong communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interface with interesting corporate clients. • A knowledge of learning platforms and leadership development is a plus but not required. • Be Tech savvy, at least to the level of being comfortable working with and demoing Apps, this is essential, more is better. • Have fluent business English - Asian languages a bonus. • A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a client organization. • Passionately want to work for a dynamic & rapidly growing startup with an awesome product, a great future, and a fun culture! • Have a valid work permit for Singapore
