SMAX is a platform which automatically harvests data from social media, websites, blogs and unstructured databases for data analytics. Using our proprietary Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm and Sentiment Analysis(SA) engine, we automatically analyse the extracted data and re-present it in a highly customisable portal to our customers.
