OVERVIEW

Softfactors AG is an Internet HR Tech startup headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland that develops cloud-based recruiting and assessment solutions. We are building the next generation recruiting application and therefore make use of modern technologies such as AngularJS, Nancy Web Framework and CouchDB, a document-oriented database. In our engineering team, there are no management barriers or tortuous processes, but engineers who assume responsibility and contribute in all areas of our web application to achieve the best technical solution. Our decentralised teams are based in Switzerland and the Philippines and we work where we can concentrate, hence work best, and then we meet online or physical for discussions and design sessions with the team in the Zurich/Switzerland head office.
