We are opening a mobile spa that provides tranquility and therapeutic relaxation to female and male clients at the comfort of their homes. Many of our clients will be VIP, through our own social network in Dubai. Therapists should adhere to pure massage services to maintain the brand reputation. Who are we are looking for? *Certified Massage Therapists *Great massage technique, strength and energy *Basic English communication skills *Able and willing to learn and grow individually *High standard of personal hygiene and appearance *Honest *Respect for self and others *Great attitude and happy spirit *Teamwork attitude, assisting, encouraging, and learning from colleagues *Willing to take the Pfizer Covid Vaccine and boosters as they become available Qualifications: Massage Therapy Managers & Assistant Managers • Female, Indonesian nationality, age 27 + years • Certificate of massage School of not less than 150 hours • 2-3 years of professional Spa massage experience, luxury experience preferred • Great communication in English Preferred; • Luxury hotel experience • Cross-training in other Salon Treatment qualifications (ie: facial, hair, nails) Massage Therapist • Female, Thai & Indonesian nationality, age 23-35 years • Certificate of massage School of not less than 150 hours • 1-2 years of professional Spa massage experience • Basic communication in English ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to the following: • Performing 60, 90 minute Balinese, Deep tissue, Thai, Sports, Prenatal, and other massages as qualified. • Maximum of 5 massages per day, 6 days per week. • Deliver a therapeutic massage to all clients in a cheerful and graceful manner, attending to any immediate needs throughout the session. • Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment. • Maintain care of work equipment with necessary supplies, and disinfection procedures. • Maintain clean appearance and cleanliness for yourself & the equipment. • Assist fellow team members with daily operations to support healthy and happy work environment, contributing to the success of the spa. • Assist in any other function as requested by Spa Managers, and owners as it relates to the performance of the business. • Participate in all follow up and advanced training given by the spa managers and other consultants paid for by the owners. Management This is a Husband and Wife run business. Chris is from the US, Panchali is from India. We have a very big VIP social network in Dubai and a high level of experience in hospitality and training. We have high expectations for quality but we will provide expert support and growth for every therapist and team member. We are fair with pay, benefits and working times. We hope that you would stay with us for many years, and we will include incentives for long term employees including bonus and commission structure upon the success of the business. As a member of the Massage Therapy Team you will receive: Pay Competitive Salary according to Experience o Senior Therapist Manager & Trainers – Monthly total AED 4,000 + 1000 after meeting company Target o Senior Therapist Assistant Manager – Monthly total AED 3,500 + 500 after meeting company Target o Therapist - Monthly total AED 3,000 – 3.500 depending on experience level Benefits • Health Insurance • Annual medical check up • Company Phone and Service Plan • Staff Transportation • Daily meals & snacks during work hours • Staff Uniforms • Laundry for Staff uniforms • Continuing Education Additionally; • Annual % commission with company sales targets • Annual salary increase according to company sales targets • Gratuity according to number of years with the Company (1 month Salary Bonus after completion of 2 Years of employment contract) • Rewards with customer satisfaction • Employee of the month and year awards Holidays and Time off • 1 Day off Weekly • Annual Round Trip ticket to nearest city of residence • Annual Vacation 24 days after 1 year of service
