OVERVIEW

Temasys helps bring new applications to life, powered by WebRTC.

We are a Singapore-based global start-up, leading innovation in Web Real Time Communications (WebRTC). WebRTC is a new HTML5 standard framework consisting of a collection of JavaScript APIs. It is about to become the standard for real-time audio, video, data and peer-to-peer connectivity. Temasys is leading this “democratization of communication” with its carrier grade, enterprise-ready WebRTC platform.

  • Temasys is one of  just seven companies creating the very DNA of WebRTC, providing an open source implementation of the standard used by Chrome, Firefox, Opera and most of the other vendors. The six other companies are Google, Mozilla, Opera, Vonage, Intel and Imagination Technologies.
  • Temasys is part of both the standards committee and the working group - W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) and the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) - that defines the technology.
  • We have been in this ecosystem since almost the beginning, and have won industry awards from our peers at the main industry conferences around the world.

Developers and Enterprises

Through our frameworks and infrastructures, Temasys provides the technology to developers and enterprises who, using our solutions, serve the market across all spectrums of peer-to-peer, group and enterprise communication on video, audio, chat and data.

  • Infrastructures: we are the leading authority in WebRTC architecture and solutions, allowing you to scale fast – at web speed – while delivering stability and security.
  • Frameworks: we provide web developer friendly frameworks, widgets and plugins, making it easy to embed or build real-time interactive video, audio and data-sharing applications. We also help enterprises achieve massive time-to-market savings using our web and mobile app development frameworks. Our solutions are easy to embed or build for a wide range of use cases.

Audio/video communication and peer-to-peer data transfer has the potential to become a part of any existing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), game or even internet-of-things product, enabling “in-context communication” and private data exchange. WebRTC applications range from conferencing and collaboration to contact centers, human resources and recruitment, training, education, distance learning, market research/focus groups, tele-health, transactional data exchange, gaming, surveillance and many more.
