Travel Consultants (Based in Johor Bahru) Your Job Responsibilities: • Oversee travel arrangement from booking to ticketing for corporate clients. • Responsible for making and confirming flight itinerary, hotel accommodation and transportation for business travelers. • Responsible to answer calls, emails and accountable to answer any customer complaints and queries • Responsible to keep clients up to date on travel regulations such as passport and visa requirements, and tracking airlines new policies. Our Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree - Tourism, Tourism Management, Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent. • Experience in Airline Reservations and Ticketing is an advantage. • Knowledge in Airline CRS systems, i.e. Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo & etc is an advantage • Preferably 1-2 years experience. Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Should work with minimum supervision and have the capability to handle pressure. • Strong inter-personal skills and people communications • Good understanding of business travel processes and solutions. • Pleasant mannered to communicate with high profile clients • Holding a valid passport or applied for and willing to travel
