OVERVIEW
REQUIREMENTS Malaysian Only Full Time/ Part Timers are Welcome Able to deal with Non Halal Food and Beverage Preparation TASKS · Prepare, serve and package all food and products according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. · Uphold a high level of hygiene and consistency during food preparation are as according to standards. · Assist other team members during food preparation process to ensure the team meets the daily deadline given by managers. · Assist loading and unloading of stocks from suppliers and outbound trucks if needed to. · Assist manager in stock taking if requested. · Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperature control points. · Clean all equipment and report to superior if any of the equipment are faulty. · Carry out any additional responsibilities as given by superior. · Adhere to company policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures · Be involved in contributing to team meetings. · Report to each shifts on time.
