We are looking for entrepreneurs in residence (3 month pilot which auto-converts to full time based on performance) to join ASAP!
Our customers: are some of the largest landlords in London (who own 500-1000 or more units) and small and mid size letting agencies. We are present in the UK, with sales representatives in India, Canada, China and Singapore.
Our pitch (to landlords): We find tenants within 5 days!
Our vision (for 2020): To find tenants within 24 hours!
Our team: Founder was a Sr partner in strategy and private equity consulting. He also helped grow (internationally) and exit a restaurant SaaS business for $220m within two years of inception. Tech team all comes from IIT (global #4 tech school). Founding team comes from a background in Investment Banking, tech start-ups, and real estate.
Our investors/advisors: We have been backed by some of the most prominent and influential angels in RE and technology space. Our advisor is the ex global CFO, Deutsche Bank, and ex-global CFOBMWgroup
Base salary + 80% of whatever you make on each deal!. This position can convert to full time (decision to be made after the initial 3 months performance) and this will come with a base salary increase.

What you would be doing:
- discovering new channels and techniques that let you reach out to property agents, relocation agents and education agents in Hong Kong
- setting up meetings, running explanation sessions on how to use our platform
- following up with users and making sure they're using the platform
- communicating with London team daily and passing market insights, user insights - anything that could let us to localise our product and content in Asia!
- striking deals with potential partners
