JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
- Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the development team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT and software development processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus
