MATTER is a social brand under the canopy of Banyan Tree Gallery, a 20-year-old community retailer working globally with artisan craft in the areas of basketry, ceramics, lacquerware and other beautiful homeware.

Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and Content Creator to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with the brand’s direction and marketing goals
Have a strong understanding of consumer profile analysis and develop marketing strategy and plan targeted to specific customer segments.
Distribute existing content to specific customer segment thourgh segment emails, website notifications, online store, and other appropriate channels.
Explore new platforms for content distribution and curation. Understand strategically how content can be fine-tuned for specific channels.
Plan, coordinate and execute community events that share brand story concepts for an omnichannel experience (social media, website, online and offline channels).
Managing the database to ensure all customer relationship data is being captured and correctly segmented. Facilitate the customer’s inquisition and feedback through customer service on the CRM system, social media, and other channels, while marketing specifically to customer segments.
Liaise and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and partners to drive the overall business of the brand.
Responsible for publishing, content creation and curation for social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, and other channels.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant course.
1-2 year of job experience in digital marketing or similar field
Passionate about the brand, sustainability, optimizing workflows, and storytelling
Strong knowledge of online marketing concepts and the use of current marketing tools and channels
Meticulous and able to think critically to solve problems, self-starter with a great learning attitude, excellent communication skills
Able to handle data comfortably and relate them to the qualitative aspect of work
Comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficient in Excel, Google Adwords, Google Analytics is preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
