For this role, you will be joining our team for our Singapore Water Purifier brand, Sterra.sg. Our goal for Sterra is to be the number 1 Water Dispenser company in Singapore. Provide assistance to the Operations Team by ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries through zendesk (FB Messenger, WhatsApp, emails) and inbound calls.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Assist in scheduling of customers’ installations and repairs.
Assist in administrative tasks such as generating invoices,
Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects.

Customer oriented, and positive work attitude. Able to stay calm when customers are stressed and upset.
3 - 5 years customer service experience.
Basic command of english and/or chinese
Motivated and willing to learn
Team player with great adaptability
Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start up environment
